Abstract

The present study attempted to determine the influence of personal and organizational factors on teacher immunity. Personal factors included psychological well-being, teacher professional identity, while organizational factor included perceived organizational support. In this regard, 305 primary school teachers from all over Pakistan, working in public and private educational institutions, were selected as sample through convenience sampling. Closed-ended questionnaire used to collect data and analyzed the data using PLS-SEM technique in Smart PLS Statistical Software. Results showed significant relationship between the factors that predicted teacher immunity. Moreover, the results of the study provide educational institutions to extend their support in terms of valuing teachers’ contribution, improving their well-being and professional growth.
